Presale preparation

To attract a customer today you have to use nontrivial approaches – unusual promotion actions, using actual new packages and goods combinations. 

Presale preparation is a complex of services including the goods’ full preparation for sale to the end customer aiming the best adjustment of the goods for each customer group. It includes such services as:

• All kind of partition, picking and batching
• Goods preparation and kitting for promotion actions
• Packing:
o  Transport packing
o   Substandard goods packing
o   Blister packing
o   Shrink film packing
o   Goods grouping (combination of several units of one product)
o   Sets composition (combination of different products):
 Sets with bonuses (enclosure of free products, advertising and information materials)
 Gift sets
 Blister sets

High quality effective package attracts consumers’ attention improving the sales. There often occurs a need to change the package of stored goods, to enclose some products, to form a set of goods with different articles, to make a special package. These and other additional services we are always glad to offer at warehouse complexes of LITIER logistic network. 

• Repacking and goods quality control:
o  Processing of spoiled goods
o  Partition and sorting, selection of goods unfit for sale
o  Fitting and packing of piece goods

• Marking and sticking 

Marking is necessary for quick and convenient handling and presale preparation. Marking is made by different stamps. The information can be applied to the package by self-adhesive stickers, logos and labels.

Cross-docking

This service today becomes more and more popular. Cross-docking is a logistic operation inside the supply chain when goods unloading inside the warehouse and their following supply to the receiver happen with the shortest interval possible which results in almost complete absence of warehouse storage.

The main cross-docking advantage is significant economy of logistics expenses: the expenses for goods storage almost disappear, the receiver’s needs for warehouse areas and personnel decrease, the absence of warehouse storage significantly shortens the time of delivery from the producer to the selling point, which increases the speed of the goods turnover. This is very important for short-term storage goods because when forming large lots by the end of lead time there appear leftovers which are loses. When using cross-docking all the orders for the supplier are formed strictly according to the needs of the end customer. As a result there are no loses because of lead time expiration and no overstocking. The same time there occurs shortening of the supply chain and streamlining of the goods delivery to the customer’s shops.

The aggregate limit of warehouse operator liability of SANNA-LITIER Terminal is $ 5 million and up to $ 1 million for one event. The liability is insured in Rosgosstrakh. If an insurance event occurs, the insurance company pays directly to the Client in accordance with the policies.
