Carriers and their drivers often face various unexpected situation during international haulages: technical damage, accident, loss occurrence, delays for different reasons, including diseases. Unpleasant events occur because of criminal situation on some roads or problems with customs authorities or other power-wielding structures. These often result in various problems with Russian customs.
Russian and CIS drivers benefit from their knowledge of Russian language. While foreign carriers who lack knowledge of Russian laws and language get into extremely challenged situations. They can not cope with these without help.
The list of services for international (Russian and foreign) carriers:
Our main service is the provision of direct and backward loadings to international carriers. But the practice showed that they have many other problems with Russian transport system.
That’s why we opened a new department providing additional services:
- Protection of Russian and foreign carriers from customs voluntary actions and customs administration including both pre-trial conflicts solution and trial and legal support even when customs violations took place.
- The return of overpaid customs fees, deposits, fines reduction.
- Settlement of cargo and transport movement on the territory of Russia (transit, temporary export and import, re-export, etc.)
- Settlement of transport or career exchange during the haulage, changes of dates or destinations, etc.
- Help and defense in case of accident and in complex situations related to technical breakdowns, natural disasters, criminal attacks.
- Russian customers’ non-payment debts return.
Many SANNA-LITIER customs department employees have higher customs degree of Russian Federal Customs Service academy. Most of them have the Federal Customs Service working experience.
