The land plot of 10 ha is located in Aksay district of Rostov region at 15 km from the city near the Federal Road M-4 and the airport. Such location contributes to transport connection within the “LITIER” network on the one hand and provides easy transport access to the city on the other hand.

The warehouse complex will be both distribution centre and transshipment terminal, and provide additional warehouse services.
It’s necessary to note that besides FMCG warehouse there will be different temperature zones (fresh and deep frozen warehouses). This is very important for companies dealing with different kinds of food products.

The key parameters of A-class warehouse in Rostov-on-Don:
• The total warehouse area is 37.5 ths. m², including the FMCG area of 15 ths. m², cross-docking terminal (FMCG area) of 3 ths. m², 9.5 ths. m² of fresh zone, cross-docking terminal (fresh zone) of 3 ths. m² and 7 ths. m² of deep frozen zone

• Clear height of the warehouse – 12.5 m

The warehouse construction starts in Q4 2008.
The warehouse will start operations in Q3 2009.
