Vnukovo
The land plot is situated in Vnukovo, Moscow region. The total area of the land plot is 11 hectares. It has all the utility networks necessary for the modern warehouse operation.
The site is located close to 4 main automobile roads of the Moscow region: the distance to Borovskoe road is 1 km, to Kievskoe highway – 3 km, to Minskoe highway – 4 km, to Moscow Ring Road – 11 km. It has a railway connection to the “Airport” station. The railway is fully equipped to receive fresh and deep frozen goods. The site location contributes to its transport connection with other network points.
The Kievskoye highway is relatively free now which allows to arrange the effective work of large trucks when carrying the cargoes to the terminal and delivering goods into the regions.
Low traffic at Kievskoe highway, proximity of Moscow Ring Road and Moscow Ñentral Ring Road allows to arrange the effective delivery of small lots of goods into retail networks and other operators of Moscow and Moscow region by small trucks.
Due to such location it’s possible to build a warehouse in the format of local-regional distribution centre pointed to providing services to retail networks and non-networked operators of Moscow city and region.
The planned warehouse is unique due to its characteristics. Firstly, even though the warehouse area is less than of some existing objects, it provides the possibility of highly effective usage by one company. Secondly, the combination of FMCG, fresh and frozen warehouses is unique and may be of great interest for the companies that specialize in different food products.
We plan to offer a wide range of services in small lots of goods and containers handling, fresh and deep frozen goods storage and the full range of additional services according to our customers demand.
The key parameters of A-class warehouse in Vnukovo:
• The total warehouse area is 35 ths. m2, including the FMCG area of 21 ths. m2, 9 ths. m2 of fresh zone and 5 ths. m2 of deep frozen zone
• Mezzanine area – 9 ths. m2
• Clear height of the warehouse – 12.5 m

It’s necessary to note that cargo mezzanines and special blocks for railway transport loading-unloading and additional cargo handling are planned within each temperature zone. Wide-aisle racking has been taken as the basis for operational cargo handling and picking at the fresh warehouse. In the deep frozen warehouse there has been planned a separate zone for picking, the main storage will be performed on the mobile racking and on wide-aisle racking for the goods with high turnover. There has been planned a quarantine zone for the spoilt goods. Each warehouse temperature zone is additionally divided by compartments to keep the sanitary conditions of goods storage.
The warehouse construction starts in Q2 2009.
The warehouse will start operations in Q3 2010.
